Born in Rochester, New York, had her life journey take her to different places, shaping her into the remarkable individual she is today. At age 12, she moved to the picturesque island of Puerto Rico, embracing a vibrant new culture. After spending valuable years there, she embarked on another adventure and made the sunny state of Florida her home at age 34.
Kirstie is a dedicated mother to two beautiful daughters, who have brought immeasurable joy into her life. Being a grandmother to three grandchildren has added an extra sparkle to her days, and she cherishes the precious moments spent with them. In addition to her unwavering commitment to her family, she has dedicated a significant portion of her professional life to the field of childcare.
For 16 years, Kirstie poured her passion and expertise into her role as a Director for a reputable Childcare Center. She reveled in watching the children under her care blossom and grow, witnessing their incredible journey from infancy to a classroom. However, after sixteen enriching years, Kirstie felt that change was on the horizon.
With this realization, Kirstie joined the dedicated team at FOI as the Office Manager, a role she has been thriving in for the past eight months. Embracing the new challenges that came her way, she found immense satisfaction in her work at FOI and enthusiasm for continual learning. Kirstie is grateful for the opportunity to expand her knowledge and professional skills, fulfilling her aspirations.
What struck Kirstie the most about her time at FOI is a positive atmosphere and the incredible colleagues she has the privilege to work alongside. Building strong relationships within the company has become a source of inspiration and motivation for her, making every day joyful.
Outside work, Kirstie nurtures her love for travel and revels in creating memories with her beloved family. Her dream would be to make Costa Rica her home if given the chance. Drawn by the allure of perfect weather, breathtaking natural scenery, mouthwatering cuisine, and rich cultural experiences, she envisions a life in the sandy beaches and beauty of Costa Rica.
Kirstie's unwavering determination to embrace change and her passion for personal growth make her an invaluable asset to FOI and those who have the pleasure of knowing her. With a grateful heart and an unwavering appetite for life, Kirstie continues to flourish, always eager to explore new horizons.
